Balancing bench

The turbo balancing bench represents the best technology to ensure the perfect functionality of the turbine according to the OEM parameters provided by the manufacturer.
Dynamic flow bench

Our technicians use CIMAT balancing and flow benches that guarantee the perfect functionality of the turbocharger.
Our dynamic test bench, in addition to adjusting the geometry as in common static test benches, allows the measurement (and adjustment) of numerous additional parameters that can cause - if poorly adjusted - failures and malfunctions in reconditioned turbines.
The adjustments are made on the basis of a database with over 1000 continuously updated turbo codes based on the values provided by the turbocharger manufacturer.
The bench uses patented TurboTest technology and has the Rotortest 610 measurement system whose values are displayed on a touch-screen monitor through which the operator can print the balancing and flow certificates that accompany our turbines.

The installation of an enlarged turbo must be carried out by specialists in the sector equipped with professional equipment.
To obtain the indicated horsepower gain, it is necessary to intervene on other components of the car, such as the injection control unit, the pump, the injectors, the intercooler, the exhaust system (and, if necessary, methanol).

This turbo is not approved for road use but is intended for sports use. The values indicated in the following steps refer to the maximum power delivered on test benches. For the car to reach these values, it is necessary to intervene on the injection, intercooler, exhaust system and mapping.

Avional MFS impellers are manufactured on 5-axis CNC machining centers that achieve high speeds to produce aerodynamic blades that offer much higher performance than traditional ones and do not use molds, which over time produce impellers with increasing tolerances compared to the design.
